Yea, i don’t know how thats possible. Obviously my scale is off badly, but whats correct- today’s weight or the past months?
True I’ve been working out for a while and noticed that although physically I looked alot thinner and lost tons of fat, on the scale it would beĀ a pound here and there each week. So maybe its correct now? No idea, but i’ve got some weights at home that i can test the scale with. Its just kinda scary getting on the scale and seeing the numbers start falling down drastically. I literally weighed myself like 3 times and each showed the same amount. Body fat percentage showed a 7% decrease too. Thats pretty amazing if it were true.
Oh yea, i’m also getting a little tired of my friends saying i look too small or lost too much weight. I swear, if i post up my pictures from before to now, they’d change their mind. I was never buff, just knew how to make myself look that way w/ the fat i had =P Besides, I think losing the fat is priority because I can always get bigger from that, its tough to gain muscle fast while at the same time losing weight – i figure do one first before the other (better to have a smaller but ripped body than a bigger body thats still somewhat chubby.)
